The rates listed here are based on a standard stay of one week.  Stays over 7 nights will be discounted.   Please ask for a quote to determine accurate pricing for your dates.  Thank you! 
Additional Details:
  • Pool Heat is optional and can be added. ask for quote.  
  • BBQ Grill with propane can be rented. ask for quote. 
  • There is a one time cleaning fee of $125 for stays under 14 nights.  This fee includes a thorough disinfection. 
  • An accidental damage waiver fee is required (based on number of nights booked) - this covers accidental damage to $500. 
  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure the booking.
  • Payment can be made in either USD $ or GBP £. The GBP total will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the date paid. 
  • ​Full payment is due 60 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
    • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
